Executive Order 11-09 05/21/2009 - The May 20, 2009 deadline for filing and remitting the West Virginia consumers sales and service tax is hereby extended to June 20, 2009, for all vendors in Boone County, Logan County, McDowell County, Mingo County, Raleigh County and Wyoming County.
