As of May 15, 2008, if you are filing this tax electronically, it must be filed through https://mytaxes.wvtax.gov.

For reports beginning on or after July 1. 2008 the West Virginia Sales and Use Tax must be filed by completing the new Combined Sales and Use Tax Form. The New Combined Sales and Use Tax Form is the latest to be added to the State Tax Department's new, secure online e-filing website, https://mytaxes.wvtax.gov . Look for more taxes to follow.
